I purchased the "Precision Certified" vehicle from Price Acura in Delaware. During the test drive I noticed it a little bit but figured that it would go away at highway speeds on my 1 1/2hr drive home back to Maryland. Well, it didn't, when I got home I noticed a lot of pebbles in the grooves of the tires, so I spent the next day picking pebbles out of my tires. Well, that didn't work so I figured that the tires needed balancing, so I made an appointment to have the tires rotated and balanced at Radley Acura. Paid over $100 but the problem persisted. I made another appointment, had the tire tech ride with me, he said that he felt it too. Three weeks later I get a call that my car is ready but that they were unable to "recreate the problem". Fast forward to 6/15/24 take my car to Chevy Chase Acura. The car is returned 3 days later claiming that they couldn't "recreate the problem" the service manager and top technician took the car out 3 times and didn't notice it. I dropped off the car with 19022 it was returned at 19023! 1 mile on 3 test drives? I need this fixed before the warranty expires.
