I spent almost $5k on the technology package and it works POORLY at best. I have an iPhone X and although it connects to the car, it does not import call history or do anything else well (or at all) other than answer the phone when it rings. The navigation feature absolutely sucks. I paid extra for AcuraLink and the app is not integrated with Google or Apple maps so entering a destination is time consuming (it must be typed into the phone) then you have to send it to the car (it does not automatically connect). You cannot verbally cancel a destination once set and the voice recognition for commands is horrendous. My success rate is less than 5%.
