TL 3.2L V6

At varying times, when accelerating at a slow speed it feels like the engine is missing, passenger can feel it shaking. Speeding up makes it stop. Fuel injector cleaner helps for a few tanks of gas for a while, that no longer helps. This only happens at lower speeds when slowly accelerating. Any suggestions?
