So the mirrors are supposed to tilt down when you put the vehicle in reverse, but all of a sudden it stops working and every time you open up your car all the presets are supposed to be put back in place, like if someone else used your car and changed the seat settings, radio settings, etc. It will automatically be reset back to how you had it stored at. However, the outside mirror will move on its own, thinking it is resetting itself, but you have to manually stop it and reset the mirror back. Very annoying I must say, and I have not yet had it fixed yet.
