The contact owns a 2008 Acura TL type-S. the contact stated that another vehicle crashed into the rear of his vehicle while he was stopped. The dealer stated that a switch underneath the dashboard was broken which made the brake lights inoperable. As of December 26, 2007, the dealer had not repaired the vehicle. The contact felt that the brake light failure caused the crash. The current and failure mileages were 500. Updated 02/15/08.
