Vehicle is having problems w original recall issues. Car stopping on its own on the highway, car says it-€™s on E all the time but has gas, car hesitates continually and sometimes just stops, electrical system is having major glitches, transmission and engine having major issues with hesitation and delay. I-€™ve bright it back many times and I-€™m beyond frustrated with no resolution. It-€™s unsafe to drive. Problem since day 1 I got the car. I-€™m scared to drive it.

I bought a brand new 2018 Acura Tlx, the dealership stated the current recall on the vehicle was fixed before the sale. After searching the VIN I found out that the recall was not repaired. I got the service department to make an appointment to fix the recall but should the dealership face any punishments/ fines etc. For selling a new vehicle with an open recall after stating it was fixed?
