The contact owns a 2019 Acura Tlx. While driving 50 mph, the contact heard an abnormal wiping noise and the vehicle shook violently when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The shaking stopped when the brakes were applied. The vehicle was taken to napleton's palm beach Acura (6870 okeechobee blvd, West palm beach, fl 33411, (888) 980-7593) to be diagnosed, but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not contacted about the failure. The failure mileage was 200.
