Both rear main brake lights have failed. Fuse replaced and lightbulbs still does not work. Internet seems to point to wiring under the drivers side, before the fusebox. Safety issue. The third brake light does work.

This Tsx has had three different door lock actuators go out. Passenger door at 30K mikes, driver door at 45K miles and rear passenger door at 75K miles. While the first two were under warranty the last one isn't and costs $460 for the Acura dealer to fix the problem. Seems this should be a recall item as the car is in otherwise perfect condition. Multiple owners on Acura message boards complain of the same problem.

The key has a chip in it that controls the ignition. It also has a spring in it that allows you to fold the key into the fob. I have two times had that spring wear out and break. When you put the key in the ignition and the spring is broken and you have additional keys or rings attached to the fab it can cause the key to start closing from the weight if the spring is broken and that causes the car to shut down and turn itself off. Even if you are in drive or moving forward. It napped two times. Acura replaced the key without question and said sorry.

The speakers in technology package are getting fried, these speakers are used to give information about navigation and voice commands, this is a common occurrence in all second and first generation Acura Tsxs and there are multiple revies, blogs and threads online discussing the same: Acura should issue a recall, here are some of the threads. My sound is dead in the middle of navigation commands and I am stranded in the middle of nowhere because I cannot navigate. www.acuraworld.com/forums/F158/blown-door-speakers-tech-pkg-87106/ Tsx.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?T=815628.

The contact owns a 2010 Acura Tsx. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnostics where the technicians stated that rodents may have invaded the vehicle and damaged the wiring harness. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the failure was common but the warranty would not cover the repairs because an outside source caused the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 7,000.
