DEALER SAYS BATTERY IS FINE BUT CAR WILL NOT START IN THE REAL COLD WEATHER. NEEDS TO JUMP START. IT IS KILLER IN THE COLD WEATHER AND SNOW TO GO OUTSIDE AND JUMP START. PLEASE ADVICE.
