At 60k I was told that my front end was gone. I've owned many cars and never had to replace the front end. I've lived in New York City where the potholes are fierce and never had to replace a front end. I've owned heavier and lighter cars and am a very observant and careful driver and never had a problem; neither did I have to put significant money into any of my other cars. So far, I've replaced the gas cap and motor, front end, peeling and cracked paint and I also have a problem with the cheap fake leatherette interior peeling off.
