fading in patches on roof, hood, trunk

Red Acrua TSX 2012 had 38k miles, garage kept, from the north so southern sun not the problem. The red paint started fading in patches. I took it to a dealer and they acknowleged the problem, then told me that red is hard to match and if I paint it I may have a car with 2 differerent color reds, so they offered and extended warranty. Turns out they were having a "hard time" getting Honda to give me that warranty. I think it was stall tactic since my original warranty was to expire in 3 weeks. Then they said they would paint the hood.

Why, if you know it wont match and clearly YOUR paint is defective, this is bad faith and fair dealing not to mention a breach of oral contract to provide that warranty offered and accepted in emails.

Honda has recalled numerous models of cars for this very issue and has yet to add the Acura.
