The year of our car is 2013. The mileage is currently at 57,472.
My mechanic said that we should search keywords like “piston/system ring failure-recall,†“oil separator issue-recall,†and “crank case vent valve-recall.â€
Basically the crank case vent valve/oil separator is bad causing the car to burn oil.
We need to find out if this falls into the 8 year/80k mile class action suit.
He also said that the compression test resulted in 25 lbs on cylinder 4, which causes misfires and is important info as well.
