Drivers side window and right rear passenger window fail to operate from drivers position. Took vehicle to the dealer and was told that the drivers side window regulator was faulty, they replaced it and it. They said the rear passenger side window wasn't working because the safety lock was on. Picked up vehicle after the service dept. Was closed and was shocked to see that the rear window still doesn't work, no matter what position the safety lockout is in. Dealer was notified and said to return but because of location I will have to wait for another day.

I purchased new a 2004 Audi, the car now has only 20,000 miles and both front windows have quit working., the passenger side a couple of months ago and now the driver's side. Has this happened to other cars this model and if so, why hasn't there been a factory recall?
