carbon deposits on valves carbon deposits on valves

My car has been in the shop now for two weeks because the extended warranty company is stating my mechanic is wrong and will not approve my claim. I paid $2200 for warranty and my car sits in pieces I now have a $1200 tear down labor bill and a rent a car for two weeks. That doesnt include having the car towed to the shop as well... This is what my guy states~~~~~~~(2 Exhaust valves have damage and are not seating properly, you can see hot spots as well on the casing. I recommend replacing engine. Please advise).. Looking for other that might have dealt with this, I have only had the car 10,000 miles and 3 oil changes.. STAY AWAY from Am Trust car warranties now they are also trying to screw me on the rental
