Good day

My name is Sibabalwe Nwelende i bought an Audi A4 in April 30 2015. I bought the car with Audi Menlyn Pretoria. My sales man was Johan. When i took the car it had a fault with the usb cable slot which was not working. A week after i took the car to Audi East London, they told me that something was disconnected and i need to pay for them to reconnect whats disconnected. I told them that i just bought the car and i took it like that. They understood and fixed it.

This week on monday while i was driving to work my car had noises underneath like there are metal piece touching. I called Audi roadside assistance and they came to tow the vehicle. It was taken to east london Audi and yesterday the 3rd November it was checked and they discovered that it has missing bolts at the steering rack and somewhere else. Now the sad news are they say they see that the car was involved in an accident. With me the car was never involved in an accident not unless they sold me the car like that.

They are telling me that they won't be using maintenance plan for the fault because they believe the car was in an accident. I have to pay R1006 cash. I don't have a problem with paying but my problem is this car was never in an accident with me. Why did Audi Menlyn sell me a faulty car. I discovered a fault the first day i bought the car as the usb cable slot wasn't working. I am soo disappointed with Audi SA. I went to buy a car with them to make my life easier and all they did is give me a car that complicates my life. I will be taking legal action on this matter. I also
