A4 Prestige + 2.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 95,000 miles

I have a 2013 Audi A4, and I love my car, but at 95,000 miles I started having issues with my steering. The problem is intermittent - in the beginning I felt like at times the steering was just very hard to turn, now it is doing it more and more often and the steering wheel is difficult to turn. Intermittent dynamic steering failure occurs. This is very dangerous, I’m demanding a recall AUDI!

Just had the 19N4 recall work done, the next day it started feel like the power steering was stiffening up on turns and not returning to forward position. Is Audi/VW planning to address this issue.

A4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 91,000 miles

I was recently driving my 2013 Audi A4 with my family in the car and the steering wheel nearly locked up. Due to this, we almost got into a major accident and my families life, as well as mine, were all in danger. I have a colleague with a 2013 A4 as well, and he told me that he recently has been having a stiff steering issue. I went to look up this issue to see if there is a possible recall, and I see that there are a lot of people reporting this issue. I figure the next step is for a representative to get back to me and tell me so pay my local dealer $3000 to fix this issue, but with this many people in danger, a recall should be called. Lives are in danger. I hope you see how unethical this situation is.

A4 Premium Plus 2.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 57,500 miles

The steering stiffness (really tight) comes and goes away. However, it is persistent for 80%of my travel. Taking a right or left turn is a nightmare.I've not crashed to date but it might happen soon. My car was very brilliant. It did not replicate the issue the two times I took to the technician. He simply did not believe me and thought I was wasting his time. Not sure what to do now. Can someone please help before something is going to happen. I have a third party warranty.
