The contact owns a 2014 Audi A4. The contact attempt to honk the horn but it failed to activate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician stated that if the engine was not running, the horn would not sound. The technician explained that they were not able to alter the design of the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 0 and the current mileage was 7,000. Updated 09/05/14
