problem #2

A4 Premeum Plus 2.0t

  • Automatic transmission
  • 8 miles

This 2018 Audi A4 has had what seems like turbo lag. It is very dangerous to drive. That is why I have a 2018 with only 31000 miles on it. Pulling into traffic it just sits there when I give it the gas. I even noticed the rpms would drop to 500 when accelerating from a stop. Very dangerous when crossing busy traffic. If I am on a hill and accelerate from a stop, the rpms drop and the car rolls backwards. I can Mash the petal to the floor and the rpms do not rev and the car goes 3 mikes and hour. Not very helpful crossing a bust intersection.

........this car has been like this since day 1. The dealer repeatedly said everything is normal or they cant recreate the problem. I think the real issue is that there are thousands of these out there and after the VW fiasco they don't want to own the problem. It is a shame too because I would have been a repeat buyer had this not been such a POS!
