July, 2018 I took my car to Volkswagen because they needed to fix the relay. The only Audi dealership close to me is about an hour away and my car wouldn't start so I had to take it to Volkswagen. When I got it back, the engine light was on. I called them and they gave me a dumb excuse telling me that it might be the mileage but at that time my mielage was lower especially for the year of the car. They wanted to charge me $180 to even check the car.

One day I was driving home from work and the car started shaking so roughly. I tried to turn the car on again except this time it didn't start. so I found a mechanic who specializes in foreign cars. When he found out what the problem was he called me and told me that the timing belt had broken which eventually made the tensioner and a variety of other things that went wrong. the cost for that was about $4000. I have spent so much money for the car to be fixed.
