O-ring seal of fuel pump has popped off, causing fuel spillage. Consumer drove vehicle for 3 miles and parked vehicle, and within that time frame the vehicle lost 5-6 gallons of fuel. Fire department were called to the scene and stated the amount of spillage was a serious fire hazard.
