The steering failed while driving. I was able to pull over but could not even make a turn.

Update from Aug 27, 2021: Steering Rack Failure. Audi replaced it free of charge. That does not change the fact, this is a very dangerous matter. Within minutes the steering wheel completely locked.

Steering is tighter on left turning and not even or centered. Audi has aligned it 3-4 times with no luck centering the steering. Even Goodyear tried to align it and I had to take it back 3 times. No one can now align the car straight. The steering wheel is still slightly to the right and the steering feels uneven, even with 2 racks, and new software update??? date unknown. It is so annoying driving this car on large curves to the left. It pulls to center when turning left but not right. It is NOT the road.
