tire chunking on outer edge (18 tire chunking on outer edge (18

Audi has a TSB for the same condition on the 20" tire but will not cover the SAME damage on the 18" tire. Audi did offer to charge me $1500 for an alignment and 4 new tires. This is crazy!!
