Q7 Prestige V6

Our issue began less than a week after we left the dealership with the NEW Audi. The technology specialist walked us through how to soft reboot. Still did not work, It has been in the shop 2 additional times for a "known issue", kept for several days. The issue is that the MMI repeatedly goes into update mode, calls drop, screen goes blank so we have no back up camera. Fault messages, no navigation, basically anything to do with the navigation is inoperable. Was told by our Service Manager that it would not be eligible for the Lemon Law since there is no fix so it cannot be repaired 3x for the same problem. We were also told Audi USA does not want the dealership to replace the module but rather wants us to wait for the software fix. Hard boots, soft boots do not work for more than a few hours and it goes back into the update mode all over again.

Emailed Audi America and they are so sorry for our frustration but offered no fix other than to bring it into the dealership. We would like for it to be purchased back from Audi and be done with it.

Extremely disappointed that it is now over 3 months for a new Audi off the lot and there is NO Fix. The car is beautiful but it is cursed!
