The contact owns a 2009 Audi Tt. The contact stated that the convertible top failed to close entirely, open, or close. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, who diagnosed that the flap motors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repair however the failure persisted. The contact mentioned that the convertible top was repaired on numerous occasions. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 43,900.
