I have had my New 2014 BMW 228 for on six months and in this time the driver seat has malfunctioned 3x's.

The lumbar support expands and locks randomly and there's no way to reduce it. Then, while driving the pump will try to expand it even more. Or, at times releases it, then it expands again. Then the button on the side of the seat is disabled at times, and other times working. There is no rhyme or reason as to what, why, or how this is happening- and clearly neither does BMW.

The first time BMW had my car for a week. The second time they had it for 3 days. It just happened again yesterday making this a 3x event within 3months and a 2x event within 1 month.

BMW says that they fix it, then it happens again.

Gotta love it!
