In my opinion the BMW 3 Series ( 320 d) is not a good car and BMW Hyd & India have no expertise to identify & rectify the problem, BMW Hyd / India's service is very bad. I suggest all of you Do not buy BMW car particularly 320 d in India, In the event there is a defect in your BMW car then God only will help you. six months back, I bought a BMW 320 d sports from Kun motoren Pvt Ltd Hyderabad. Wilfully or otherwise, they delivered me a Car and in the period of 6 months after running 7000 Kms sent for 1st service with an observation that Auto Air conditioning is not working and back side vent the flow of air is less due to summer started. The BMW workshop claim that it is repaired and charged Rs 6K along with other charges (even the car is under warranty period). After receiving the car found that the problem remain same and reported back to BMW ( kun) . Now since two months workshop not able to rectify the problem and they have no Air conditioning expert. The matter was reported & escalated to BMW India, the answer was " Series standard" It means as per BMW Hyd / India that 320d sports will have no proper auto air conditioning & back vent flow will be very low. results no any person can sit back side of the car in the summer season. The matter was referred to BMW Germany but no positive Reply as on date.

If 320 d series standard designed for with such Air-condition then it should be informed to the customer at the time of purchase itself.

Request the buyers of 320 d to check the air conditioning before you buy so that you wont face the same problem which I am facing.
