The contact owns a 2007 BMW 328xi. The contact stated that the only door that opened was the front driver's door. The other doors failed to open from inside or outside the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was notified and advised the contact to take the vehicle to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000.
