This was a special lease offer, so I didn't expect great delivery service. The car had no floor mats when I picked it up - had to special order them. The salesman said the car would be fully gassed up - not even close, advertised Sirus/XM radio, but only Sirius, can't see the display with sunglasses on. These aren't major issues - just not something I expected from BMW.

Other than these initial problems, the car is fine.
