The contact owns a 2005 BMW 330ci equipped with Michelin Pilot sport tires. The front tires were size 225/40/18 and the rear tires were size 255/35/18. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken for emissions testing when the technician noticed that the side walls and tread of the tires were cracked. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offered no assistance to the contact. The contact stated that she does not feel safe driving with the tires. The failure mileage was 82,000 and the current mileage was 83,000.
