The contact owns a 2008 BMW 335xi. The contact was driving approximately 35 mph; proceeding to a traffic signal. The transmission exhibited a jerking motion. The vehicle continued in operation. In addition, the fuel pump failed on several occasions. The turbo charger and banos system failed to operate properly. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. The vehicle was repaired under the service warranty. The driver observed after the vehicle service repair; smoke was coming from the tail pipe and oil was leaking. The failure mileage was 50.
