They do not have the part to fix my airbag so they replaced with new airbag of exact same model/design. They told me it's good as temporary to buy some time before the permanent fix is delivered; hopefully in the meantime it will not develop any problems. Can they really do that??? I do not want to take a chance of it exploding regardless how small chance it is so I am not driving the car. They was supposed to give me a loaner or rental car. but they took it back saying they put a new same airbag that I can keep it until the permanent fix is in. Do I have a case against them in court and do you know of any attorney who handling this case?
