428i Convertible 2.0 4 CYL

I just bought this 428i convertible. Only had it for a week and I am hearing water sloshing around in the rear quarter panels! Went to YouTube and many other bmw owners complaining of same problem! So, $60,k car! Bmw doesn't address this!! SHAME ON THEM!

who can help me? Bmw should be responsible !
