I bought a pre-certified b.m.w. in Dec 2011 through Paul Miller BMW in Wayne and recently started having electrical problems causing my radio, navigation and so on not to work, I have extended warranty on my vehicle and they explained to me that water damage was the cause of it which seeped in through the trunk and they blamed it on the storm we just had, according to bmw their warranty doesn't cover water damage but my vehicle is kept in a garage and wasn't exposed to the flood! i think its a neglect on their part and i should not be held responsible for this. i only had the vehicle for less then a year!
