2014 BMW 535D. Consumer writes in regards to safety recall 18V-755. The consumer stated the part necessary to repair the vehicle was unavailable. At the end of January, the consumer noticed an abnormal noise and reduction of power. The vehicle stalled in high speed traffic. The consumer waited 30 minutes before being rescued from the traffic by police. The dealer charged the consumer for the repair. The manufacturer was notified but, did not offer any assistance.
