I purchased a 2017 BMW 540i loaded. I live in the SW United States, needless to say, it gets very hot. After using the car a few days it quickly became apparent that the air conditioning was so bad, my passengers were constantly trying to get cool by messing with the vents, flow, temp. No relief. took it to Bmw and they said that this low flow was normal. I don’t think so.
