The contact owns a 2007 BMW 750li. The contact stated that the passenger air bag restraint system light and air bag light remained illuminated. The dealer stated that the manufacturer extended the warranty for the air bag failures, but his VIN was not included. The manufacturer was notified and denied assistance with the repair. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure mileage was 49,000 and the current mileage was 68,000.
