I took it to Rick Hendricks BMW Service center. They did search and gave OK to drive but still couldn't figure out what was the main problem?

The car is simply poorly built. Everyone who has ridden in it has commented on all the rattles. The rubber seals already look like they're 10 years old and I've only had the car for 9 months.
