I have 3 outstanding recalls on my BMW starting since 2016. I have brought my car into an authorized BMW dealership 5 times since then to have the recalls fixed, and each time they have avoided completing the recall. I'd like to file a complaint against stevens creek BMW for their refusal to fix my mandatory recalls.
