The vehicle was taken to circle BMW (500 NJ-36, eatontown, NJ 07724, (732) 440-3640) twice for the failure and the door latch was replaced the first time. The contact was provided a loaner vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 4,600.
