This car with this engine has had a ton of complaints. I bought it as a certified pre-owned with 22000. At one point, BMW had me on a loaner for close to 3 months while they rebuilt my engine. They replaced a bunch of other items including a drive shaft so basically the whole car was built poorly. Now shortly after warranty expires, the transfer case goes bad? At 71000 miles? I think this complaint is going to start coming up more and more on these sites.
