Have a 2015 BMW X5. Purchased brand new and picked it from factory. The suspension had been making a noise and it's found that the control arms have to be replaced. However, even after replacing and a few thousand miles, the same issue recurs in the new control arms in the from suspension. There seems to be a defect in the control arms that BMW is providing/supplying, especially when diagnosing costs $145, part and installation cost $800 each time from the dealer.
