I had the 2017 X5 for a year and a half and it went in to the dealer over 10 times and they could never fix the problem so they gave me my money back. I don't get the engineers at BMW because I've owned these cars since 1993 and I always had water problems. 1993 e36 325i water would wet the computer at the fire wall. 2003 e46 - the same thing plus the sunroof drains got clogged. 2004 e60 - water entering the trunk and sunroof and computer would get fried.

And now 2017 f15 with the sunroof and rear tailgate wiring harness can get disconnected and water would get in.

No more BMW for me, thanks.
