headlight assembly malfunctioning headlight assembly malfunctioning

2022 Bmw x5 x40i CPO. Brought it to the dealership and they took pictures and send them to corporate to find out if they're willing to honor the warranty to get this driver side headlight unit assembly replaced under warranty. These headlights cost at least $3400+. Also driving back home from the dealership, the adaptive headlight malfunction error popped up on my dash. I also sent the picture of that to the service guy. Waiting to hear back.
