Cascada Touring 3.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 34,000 miles

I got hit with a $14,000 repair bill for this problem despite still being under warranty... and they didn't even know the car had drainage system at all.

The horn and flashers go off from the alarm electric damage due to water flooding all the panels cause it has nowhere to drain out properly for 2 years! Buick dealership says it is not covered by my original bumper-to-bumper warranty! How is that possible??????

Needless to say I need help with getting something in writing to prove GM knowledge but also to clarify that this damage is covered under the original factory bumper-to-bumper warranty please. Files, Names, Phone Number, PLEASE!
