Cascada Touring 3.8L

  • 9,000 miles

I got hit with a $14,000 repair bill for this problem despite still being under warranty and they didn't even know the car had drainage system at all. Needless to say I need help with getting something in writing to prove GM knowledge but also to clarify that this damage is covered under the original factory bumper-to-bumper warranty please. Files, Names, Phone Number, PLEASE!
