problem #4

Dec 192014

Century LX 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 140,000 miles

The windows don't move at times. If they go down they stay down. Replaced controller and still have the same problem. The P.O.S. can only be driven on warm sunny days. I wish I could drive this Buick up a Buick engineers ass.

Century

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

It started with my windows getting stuck and not going up or down til I wiggled a cord inside the driver side door, where it hinges to the car. That has been going on for several months. Now my back drivers side window just goes down on its own, actually FALLS down! and I have to pull over and grab it with my hands and pull it back up and DUCK TAPE IT! And it STILL falls down! I don't know what I am going to do with it!! I'm fixing to SUPER GLUE IT TO THE FRAME!!!

problem #2

Aug 132008

Century Custom

  • Automatic transmission
  • 99,000 miles

Both rear windows dropped simultaneously at a time when the weather was rainy. Estimated cost to fix the problem using junk yard materials is about $200 per window.

This is the second incident. Previously had one of those same rear windows fixed for the same issue at a Buick dealer about 2yrs ago.
