• 10/1/11 Picked up vehicle from Eagle (15 days after it broke-down): the
following new issues are identified before I even get the rental car back, although I was instructed to return it and they would fix my car later (maybe Monday, 10/3). The air conditioner does not work (won’t even turn on), the tires feel bouncy (even though they just “according to the receipt†adjusted the pressure in all the tires), the steering wheel is not aligned, right rear speaker does not work, and the panel is removed from the back seat (my husband fixed).
• 10/2/11 (3:00) We are heading to Lakeland for my Uncle & Aunt’s 40th wedding
anniversary party and the car lights come on and sounds that the traction is turned off and the stabilitrak needs repair. So we have to return home and miss this once in a lifetime party!
• 10/3/11 (2:00) I went to Eagle to discuss AC charges (they are requesting we pay half of
the $200 warranty deductible) I refused and asked to speak with Maintenance Manager & Car salesman that promised to repair when I purchased the vehicle. They finally agreed to incur all AC costs.
• 10/5/11 Eagle Maintenance to pick-up vehicle and repair AC (5 days after compliant)
