OK, so after paying $4100.00 for new transmission rebuilt at 82,000 miles without a warranty to pay for it, my Enclave is riding real bad bottoming out on bumps. Took back to dealer, they told me it was because of it being up on the lift that the struts have an o-ring that the oil can pass through when up on the lift. So bottom line, unless you have to don't put on a lift or find a place that has a lift where the tires are on the lift themselves.
The cost to fix is $700 - $800 is what they told me at the GM dealer. On a car I have owned for 4 months now and paid $16000.00 for. Going from no car payment to having a car payment then this extra cost, I don't think I will buy another GM. I have had seven in my lifetime and it's time for a change. My next advice is if your researching to buy a 08 to 10 Enclave, buy the extended warranty. I wish I had.
