The contact owns a 2011 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving 15 mph, the steering wheel started to make a squeaky noise. The vehicle was taken to a dealer. The technician diagnosed that the steering gear failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
