A/C blows hot air

Bought the car is 2017 thinking we would be able to have it till right before 100,000 miles. It is ridiculous that they have to replace the entire ac line just to fix one leak. Also, from what my mechanic said the line runs to close to the engine or something that runs hot so it melts part of the hose it's pretty common to have to replace. Also, the only reason its $2,100 before tax is because the repair takes forever to complete. Come on, I've had other vehicles with ac leaks and it was never this difficult. It really make me wonder if I want to try and keep this any longer then I have to. Shoot, I may not even fix it and find something with more reliability or at least something that can make it to 100,000 without costing me $100,000,

Had easy care warranty and they would not cover any of the problem. Thought when I took out the best extended warranty that it would cover everything at least that is what I was told. Still have 2 years or 70,000 miles, whichever comes first on warranty. At this price that I paid today 547.00 I don't ever want to get another extended warranty again.
